The plan consists of two volumes that define two distinct spaces (private area and social area). Within this contained space, the volumes are organized to delineate the different living functions.
The project aims for a social area that lives off the outside space and communicates directly with the entire garden and pool area, breaking down vertically into the private part, the bedrooms and master suite.
Conceptually, the idea of a villa with the opportunity for sea views without exceeding the permitted façade height was supported.
