The project is set in a vast area (87 hectares) where a group of tourist accommodation buildings is proposed, forming a tourist village. The proposal aims to create a program that allows people to enjoy that natural space, enhancing its qualities, but guaranteeing conditions for the protection and conservation of natural resources.
There are two existing buildings on the aforementioned site that will be the target of interventions: a ruined stone building that used to produce ceramics, which will be rehabilitated for single and family accommodation, and another building (the main building) that will be the target of alterations corresponding to logistical support.
The rest of the proposed buildings (15 bungalows) will be scattered throughout the property.
