The project is to alter and extend a residential and commercial house, consisting of ground and second floors, into a residential building with 4 dwellings consisting of 3 floors + attic.
The proposal is based on creating 4 dwellings with a common entrance and a total reconfiguration of the interior.
The proposed interventions in the exterior form involve presenting a building with more contemporary lines in order to standardize the language of the block. The plan is to create a 3rd floor + an attic, in line with the heights of the surrounding buildings.
