Rehabilitation, alteration and extension of a building with partial demolition works, change of use of the building initially intended for housing and commerce, to housing, commerce and services, local accommodation (apartments) and construction of a swimming pool.
The main aim of the alterations presented is a general interior redesign of the building and a proposal for a new façade, making the building more appealing and bringing Pombal's historic architecture to it. It is proposed to create a covered access gallery that makes access independent for each area.
